Guidelines for Posters
Hanging of posters takes place at the start of the conference (see Schedule) and they stay up until the end of day 2 (20th October).
There are two poster sessions. You can find the assignment on the last page of the full schedule. Please be at the poster on the time indicated in the schedule.
Size: Din A0, portrait format
Adhesive strips will be provided by the organizers.
Guidelines for Contributed Talks
A slot for a contributed talk is 25 minutes.
20 minutes are available for presenting. The remaining 5 mins are reserved for questions.
Please bring your own laptop with your presentation. The projector connection is made via standard HDMI (type A). If you have special connection requirements, please tell the organizers well in advance: grk2948@uni-heidelberg.de
