Mixed Ionic-Electronic Transport Symposium 2026

Diese Seite ist nur auf Englisch verfügbar.

Focus topics

New Materials & Material Modification

This focus topic covers the synthesis, processing and characterization of novel mixed ionic-electronic conductors from organic, inorganic, and hybrid to nanoscale materials with applications in electrochemical transistors, energy storage, sensing, bioelectronics, and neuromorphics.

Transport & Spectroscopy

This topic focuses on the investigation of fundamental transport properties and the interactions of ions, holes and electrons in different mixed conductors in devices (e.g. electrochemical transistors, electrochromic cells or batteries) with a variety of experimental techniques including in-situ spectroscopy and microscopy.

Modelling & Simulation

This topic features new multiscale modelling and simulation approaches that can capture the coupled dynamics of electronic charges, ions and molecular motion including disorder and structural fluctuations. The links between molecular, micro- and mesoscopic scales in different mixed conductors will be explored.
