Retreats GRK 2948 retreat 2025 in Rauenberg

This year’s Research Training Group (RTG) retreat offered three intensive days of talks, workshops, and personal interactions.

• Day 1: Two guest lectures and the first presentations by our doctoral researchers highlighted the diversity of ongoing projects and sparked engaging discussions.
• Day 2: A guest lecture kicked off the day, followed by three doctoral presentations. A short session on research data management provided practical guidance, and the first part of the communication workshop offered interactive exercises.
• Day 3: The second part of the communication workshop continued with hands-on exercises on scientific communication and collaboration. While the retreat came to an end, participants leave with new ideas, strengthened networks, and fresh motivation — all in the spirit of seeing “behind the masks.”
